Refund Policy

Good Molecules accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include any included parts.

Start a return by contacting us first. When a return is approved, we provide a prepaid return label and instructions. We pay the return-label cost for approved returns.

After the returned item is received and inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
